Justin Wright serves as the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Cypress-Medicine Hat in Alberta. With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and public service, he has established himself as a multifaceted leader. As the founder of Fryer Tuck's Food Truck Inc., Wright successfully scaled the business to eight locations in just 18 months before handing operations to his business partners following his 2023 election.
Wright currently serves as Parliamentary Secretary of Rural Health-South, Chief Caucus Whip, and Alberta Government Military Liaison. His committee work reflects a broad legislative portfolio: he serves as Deputy Chair of the Standing Committee on Legislative Offices, and as a member of the Standing Committees on Alberta's Economic Future, the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund, Private Bills, and the Special Standing Committee on Members' Services.
Actively engaged in his constituency, Wright champions healthcare funding, education, and flood and drought protection initiatives. A dedicated community member, he has served on multiple boards and coached youth hockey, reflecting his lifelong commitment to mentorship and positive community impact.
